This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the delivery of orders placed on the Greenbqt Website, operated by Galaxie420 UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
1. WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses within Germany only. We are not able to deliver to addresses outside Germany at this time. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment locations in Germany or France, depending on stock availability.
2. SHIPPING OPTIONS
At checkout, you can choose between two shipping options:
Free Shipping
Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days
Cost: free of charge
Insured Express Shipping
Delivery time: 2 to 3 business days
Cost: 4.95 EUR
This option includes shipment insurance, covering your order in the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit.
3. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Delivery times stated above begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order was placed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays in Germany or France.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available, so you can follow your delivery.
5. DELAYS
While we work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
6. UNDELIVERABLE OR LOST PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may involve an additional shipping charge. If you selected Insured Express Shipping and your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
