Welcome to Greenbqt. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.greenbqt.com (the "Website") and the purchase of products offered through it. By placing an order or otherwise using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

Galaxie420 UG (haftungsbeschränkt) trades under the name Greenbqt for the sale of pipes, ashtrays, rolling papers, and decorative items, and other goods offered on the Website from time to time.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using the Website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Several of our products, including pipes and rolling papers, are intended for adult use only, and we may ask you to confirm your age before completing a purchase.
3. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including through product descriptions, images, and pricing shown on the Website. Colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or change the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We will send you an order confirmation by email, which acknowledges that we have received your order but does not yet constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed once we confirm that your order has been dispatched, or once we deliver the products to you, whichever comes first.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock, if there was an error in the price or product description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices shown on the Website are listed in euros and include any applicable statutory charges, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately during checkout before you complete your order.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, using one of the payment methods offered on the Website. We use third party payment providers to process transactions securely, and we do not store your full payment details on our own systems.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to addresses within Germany only. Orders are shipped from Germany or France, depending on stock location.
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
- Free Shipping: delivery within 4 to 5 business days, at no additional cost.
- Insured Express Shipping: delivery within 2 to 3 business days, for a flat fee of 4.95 EUR.
This option includes shipment insurance.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. While we work to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once the products have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer contracting with us for personal use, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@greenbqt.com before the withdrawal period expires, stating your intention to withdraw from the contract.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and where possible in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable time. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or incorrectly delivered.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are sealed for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery, or to products made to your specifications.
8. WARRANTY AND DEFECTS
We warrant that our products are free from material defects at the time of delivery. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, please contact us at info@greenbqt.com as soon as possible, and in any case within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
9. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising from the use of the Website or the products purchased through it is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, except where liability arises from injury to life, body, or health, or from the breach of a material contractual obligation, in which case liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Galaxie420 UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our products, shipping options, or legal requirements. The version of the Terms in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
